What to put in the form
Dates, addresses, and the awkward parts: no elevator in the building, a piano in the front room, a pickup stop across town, a house with no truck turnaround. Anything that changes the crew's day changes the quote, and it is cheaper to say it on paper than to discover it on the porch.
